2. Scope

These terms apply to tickets and passes bought through stand4acro.hu. Starting a purchase means accepting them.

3. What is sold

A single ticket for one class, a course pass covering every day of one course, and a monthly pass covering one calendar month. What a pass admits to is stated in the product description.

Tickets and passes are personalised. On arrival, staff admit the person whose name matches the name on the ticket. A single ticket is freely transferable: contact customer support at one of the addresses above to have the name changed. A pass is transferable only until it is first validated; after that it is not.

4. Prices

Prices are in Hungarian forints. The provider is exempt from VAT (AAM); invoices contain no VAT.

5. How an order is placed

You choose a product, give the details needed for the invoice, accept these terms and are taken to Barion to pay. The order comes into being when payment succeeds.

6. Payment

Online card payment is handled by Barion Payment Zrt. Card details never reach the provider. Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary.

7. Invoice

An electronic invoice is issued and sent by email. Ordering constitutes consent to electronic invoicing.

8. Using what you bought

Tickets and passes are personalised, and admission is by name: the instructor ticks you off the roster for that class using the name given at purchase. There is no code or printed ticket to show.

Once payment succeeds, the confirmation page lists every ticket bought, each with the name it admits and an identifier. The identifier is for dealing with customer support — a transfer under section 3, for instance — and is not needed to get in. The invoice is emailed as described in section 7.

If you have an account, your valid tickets and passes are visible in it at any time. On a 10-session pass a session is deducted when the instructor records your admission, not when you buy.

A ticket or pass is valid within the scope stated in the product description.

9. Right of withdrawal

Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) § 29(1)(l), a consumer has no right of withdrawal for leisure services tied to a specified date or period. Whether that exception applies to these services is a The provider's position is that this exception applies to classes held at announced times and to passes covering a defined period. The cancellation option in section 10 is offered regardless.

10. Cancellation, date changes and refunds

10.1. If the buyer cancels

• A single ticket may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the class starts.
• A pass may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the first class it covers, or before the start of its period.
• On a cancellation made in time, the price is refunded less a 2,000 HUF handling fee.
• No refund is due inside the 24-hour window, or for a pass that simply goes unused.

10.2. If the provider cancels

• If the provider cancels a class, the full price of the ticket for it is refunded. No handling fee is deducted.
• If the provider reduces the number of occurrences in a course, the amount proportionate to the occurrences dropped is either refunded or credited as a coupon of the same value, at the buyer's choice.

10.3. Date changes

The provider reserves the right to change the date of any occurrence. Where it does, the buyer may choose as follows:

• If the date of a single occurrence changes, the buyer may accept the new date, ask for a full refund, or ask for a coupon equal to the full purchase price.
• If the dates of a course change and more than 30% of its occurrences are affected, the buyer may accept the new dates, ask for a full refund, or ask for a coupon equal to the full purchase price.
• If 30% or fewer of the occurrences are affected, the buyer may accept the new dates or ask for a coupon for the amount proportionate to the occurrences affected. No cash refund is due in this case.

The provider notifies the buyer of any such change at the email address given with the order. The handling fee is not deducted in the cases covered by 10.2 and 10.3.

10.4. Refunds and coupons

Refunds are paid within 14 calendar days of the cancellation, or of the buyer's choice being accepted, using the original payment method. A coupon is always issued for a stated amount in forints, and may be used towards any ticket or pass sold on stand4acro.hu.

11. Complaints

Complaints may be made using the contact details above. Consumers may also turn to the competent conciliation board or the consumer protection authority. The board competent for the provider's seat is the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., Hungary). 12. Personal data

13. Changes

These terms may be changed unilaterally. Orders already placed are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
