You will gain a deeper understanding of spotting techniques, and every class includes handstand practice and conditioning. The course is well structured: each class builds on what was learned before, so your skills can develop step by step. This approach helps you progress safely, build confidence, and gradually overcome your fears. This course is recommended after completing the Stand4Acro beginner course.
